Q. How quickly can I have an alarm installed?
A.

EEC recognise that having made the wise decision to secure your home it is essential that your security needs are met promptly and efficiently. An EEC alarm system can normally be fitted and activated in your home by a fully qualified engineer within 48 hours of your order.

Q. Can my alarm be monitored?
A.

EEC has a state of the art Monitoring Station based within its head Office complex in the Northwest of England. EEC currently monitor over 8000 security alarm systems offering an unparallel level of service to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Q. What happens if I move house?
A. In the event that you move house EEC will be happy to de-install your alarm system and re-install it in your new home at no additional cost under the terms of your service agreement.
Q. What happens if I have an extension built or have new doors or windows fitted?
A. As our alarms systems are wireless existing detectors can be moved easily or additional detectors added in order to maintain levels of security throughout your home.
Q. If I have pets can I still have an alarm?
A. All EEC’s Class VI wireless alarm systems come with Pet immune detectors as standard allowing your pets to move freely around your property without compromising your security measures.
Q. Can I have the alarm on when I’m at home?
A. The alarm system can be set to have certain zones or sensors omitted in order to provide protection from intrusion whilst are at home.
Q. Will my system false alarm?
A. The vast majority of false alarms are due to poor installation or inferior equipment. As EEC only use fully trained engineers and install equipment of the highest quality our systems probably have one of the lowest false activation rates available.
